It can be anything from a $7 ebook, paid 1-hour consultation, or a high-ticket coaching program.

But I suggest going with a low-dollar and low-barrier to entry digital product (~$7-20) that you can create or affiliate for that gives your new subscriber a quick win.

On Twitter, I literally had people DM’ing me saying they would pay or were interested in me teaching them email marketing:

So I created 3 offers from this:

1. “How do I start?” → Courses
2. “How do I improve?” → Coaching
3. “Can you do this for me?” → Done For You (DFY)

Analyze your own audience to do the same.

You can make a list of their:

• Pain Points
• Common Desires
• Common Objections

To help guide you into creating offers that’ll help them the most.
